There is more health information and experts than ever before, leading us to outsource our intuition. I teach you how to simultaneously listen to your own voice, while guiding you using modalities that are efficient and sustainable. I teach you what actually works, how to maintain it for your entire life, and stick to it (without it feeling like work). I respect and incorporate your unique history, body, and life on your path to health and vitality.
I provide movement and coaching programs that are made for real people, with busy lives! With practice, these new behaviors become intrinsically motivated, and become an effortless part of your daily routines. I take into account your unique story, needs, and goals. You, after all, know your body and lifestyle best. I will be compassionate and hold you accountable to your wellness goals. I do not believe in scales, counting calories, food deprivation, or killing yourself on the elliptical. None of that works - if it worked, it would have worked by now! Instead, we work together using proven systems to help you identify your behavior patterns - not only with food and exercise, but also in relationships, sleep, stress, money - and how that affects your overall health and happiness. My ultimate goal is to “help you help yourself” so you feel younger with each passing year.
