YOGA NIDRA MEDITATION
Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep", is a state of consciousness between waking and dreaming, between the conscious and subconscious minds. This guided meditation will allow you to deeply relax so you may experience your true nature. This powerful 45 minute mediation is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep for your brain, and is appropriate for both beginners and lifelong meditators. All that is required is a quiet and comfortable place to lay down, resting on your back with a pillow under your knees, and a blanket covering your body.
